How lineage sharpens your eye, your language, and your leadership as a teacher.

This four-hour workshop is an exploration of the Contrology System as it was taught to Darien Gold by first-generation teacher Romana Kryzanowska.

We will begin on the Mat, where the roots of the Method live, and continue onto the apparatus to experience how the work evolves while honoring its original intention. This is a workshop for teachers who wish to deepen not only their ex*****on, but their relationship to the work — through language, intention, progression, and purpose.

You will leave with clearer eyes, quieter confidence, and a stronger connection to the Method— grounded in lineage, and shaped through practice.
