This Hyperhidrosis Awareness Month hits different celebrating as a mama-to-be. Growing a tiny human while managing sweat I can’t control, strength I didn’t know I had, and a heart fuller than ever. Here’s to showing up, shining through, and sweating without shame.

We can plan every outfit , we can walk a little slower to avoid triggering sweat, we can make all these changes to make us small and unnoticeable - in the end Hyperhidrosis is gonna do its own thing!
I often humbled when I am reminded by the lyrics of this song “Que sera sera- whatever will be will be, our futures not ours to see Que sera sera”.
Let them see your sweat, don’t hide, Cry if your sad, be mad if your frustrated , smile when your happy! Share all this with your support system. Living with chronic conditions means constantly adapting to your environment. You are brave and resilient as a result. Living with chronic conditions doesn’t really allow you the freedom to choose that but it becomes inherent.
We survive because we have to. But life doesn’t always have to feel like we are just surviving, we can thrive !
