Ingredients
For Chicken:
4 chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
3 tbsp flour
2Β½ tsp cumin powder
2Β½ tsp chili powder

Β½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper
For Sauce:
2 tbsp buttermilk
Β½ tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp cornstarch
Honey to taste
Instructions
Coat chicken with flour and spices.
Fry until crispy and golden brown.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a pan.
Simmer until thick and glossy.
Toss fried chicken in the sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
