Bruce Cooper is living with Syndromic Microphthalmia 12, a rare genetic condition that is usually fatal.
After 7 months in the NICU, he is home and defying expectations everyday. Bruce makes friends and spreads awareness everywhere he goes!

Bruce got to visit another museum today! He had fun and was a very good boy all day and at dinner.

Bruce had a great time at the museum today. He got a new dinosaur friend from the gift shop, and was totally exhausted on the ride home.
3 years ago today, Bruce left the NICU and finally came home! We are constantly amazed and grateful for the incredible progress he has made since! Happy anniversary, Bruce! ❤️❤️❤️

Update: Bruce is back. The procedure went great and he is resting.
Bruce went back a little while ago. He wasn't very happy about leaving me, but I know he is going to do great ❤️

Happy Halloween 🎃! Bruce is supposed to be a skeleton, but he wiggled around and wiped his face a bit lol

We made another trip to the beach while we still have the nice weather. Bruce had lots of fun playing in the sand and lake 😊
