Next Level Running

Next Level Running is Buffalo’s most comprehensive training experience. In partnership with IMPACT and operating out of the state-of-the-art training facility at HarborCenter in downtown Buffalo, Next Level provides fully-customized training programs. Next Level Running is committed to training athletes to reach their individual goals, with personalization and one-on-one attention as core values of the program. Runners can join anytime, at any fitness level, to work towards all kinds of goals. Next Level Running is owned and coached by Melina Terranova, a 17x marathoner including eleven NYC Marathons and two Boston Marathons. Melina has coached hundreds of members of Buffalo’s running community and has trained runners for every distance from 5k to ultramarathons. With a background in exercise and sports psychology and a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, Melina’s training techniques are cultivated with a balance of science and true passion for the sport of running.
