This morning I woke up thinking about how insanely blessed I am to call this city home.
I’m thankful for each and every customer for supporting my business here, for everyone who appreciates me taking jokes too far ( and those who call me out for it), for every client who’s become family, for the ZoomBuffalo crew that shows up and grinds with smiles, and for a community that rallies harder than any fanbase on the planet (go Bills, go Sabres… we’ll get there).
Today I’m raising a glass to my supportive family, my ride-or-die friends, and our hockey fam who helps us get our kids to hockey games and practices when we have to be in 3 places at once. ( Every weekend)

19 years ago I moved back to Buffalo from San Francisco to start a business. In those years I’ve had some great times and some desperate times. I’ve put payroll on a high interest credit card. (And eventually paid it off) We’ve survived a financial crisis, a global pandemic and learned some important lessons along the way. I’m especially lucky to mostly do what I want and I love adapting my little business to evolve along with the changing world. It took 18.5 years but I finally came up with a mission statement which is “To help people in ways they can’t help themselves”. A core value which may sound too simple but I think is our foundation for success. Thank you to our employees ( past and present) and to our customers for affording us the opportunity to do this pretty good gig for a living! Cheers!
