There are many things that i can do to improve my life and to further my recovery, but i cannot heal myself. Today i can ask for help in becoming free of all that blocks me from my true self.

12 Steps Trinity Thursdays at 7 Update: The way we gather has changed from the traditional church setting - leader or speaker in front of seated attendees, to one that resembles a 12 Step meeting. Seats are are set up in a U in front of the monitor so Zoom participance can see. The format of the service itself has not changed. The less formal setting makes it easier for participants to speak on the topic after Matts reflections.

I will take today slowly and easily. If a struggle develops, i will cherish it. It means growth.

I pray today for rigorous honesty and the ability to see that the answer is within me, not in the circumstances around me.
