Developer turning former Grand Island eyesore into hotel - The Buffalo News Deteriorated former Dunlop office building near the Niagara Thruway is undergoing an $8.5 million renovation into a Holiday Inn Express. The only problem is that part of Grand Island relies on septic systems and has no sewer lines.
