WE LIT!!! Our Cajun corn is fresh shucked EVERYTIME. It’s the key to what makes our corn so special. I remember having competitions of who could shuck the fastest. Corn has been apart of our dinner table since I can remember. It’s an integral part of the culture as much fried chicken and is just as versatile. From corn on the cob to cornmeal for the fish, corn is more than a big lump with k***s holding the juices 😉. Thankful for the memories that I’ve created with my family over the many dinner with corn.
