We are working through the design of a new lower level entertainment area with a golf simulator - which has us reminiscing about this awesome space from a few years back.

We are nearly complete with stone installation here at the Woodbury main level remodel. Next up is cabinetry install followed by painting.

By the end of July the build will be complete, furniture will be in place and this family will be able to enjoy and spend time in their new space!

We broke ground this week on our new Crosslake model home!

The views of the lake are stunning and it truly feels private being surrounded by so many beautiful trees.

Warm rustic materials, clean modern details, and thoughtfully designed spaces will come together to create a home that feels elevated, inviting, and connected to the cabin & lake lifestyle.

Demo at the Woodbury main level remodel is complete!

With minimal structural, plumbing, electrical or framing changes we get to jump right to putting the space back together.

First up: Hardwood flooring patching & re-finishing followed by installation of two new fireplaces & roughing in the A/V updates.

We are starting the preliminary design process for a Minneapolis condo primary bathroom and that has us reminiscing about the last Minneapolis condo bathroom we completed!

It's been nearly 6 months since we turned this space back over to the owner - time flies!

People entering and exiting this underground parking area can forget about worrying if the entrance will be too icy or slippery this coming winter!

We have been working on installing a hydronic system to melt snow and ice, keeping the space clear of unsafe and problematic conditions during those cold months.

Projects like this come together through thoughtful planning and attention to detail at every stage.

Clean lines, balanced materials, and a fireplace room designed to anchor the entire open concept living space.

This space used to be a porch but now is such an integral part of the home it's hard to believe it wasn't like this originally!

We are nearing the finish line!

As much as we try to be proactive about wrapping up every detail before the final walk-through there's always something that gets added to the punch list last minute and this time it's waiting on a replacement fridge/freezer drawer unit due to a part failure during install.

Aside from that the space is turned over and we are excited to get started on a few finishing touches with decor & styling!
