Where do you get tracks for your machines?
Operating equipment is easy, this is something I keep hearing. Sure yanking sticks is easy, a 12 year old could do it. That's not operating.
Operators are a dime a dozen, Replaceable almost instantly. This is what an employer told me last week.
You believe that?
8, 10, or 12 hour shifts?
I have had a very busy, and very crazy last few weeks. Dealing with fb not letting me post in my own group, to new sponsors, new ideas, and essentially scrapping the entire recruiting thing and starting over from scratch. I am hoping to begin gathering resumes tomorrow morning again. We lost a moderator in the group, that was a huge hit. Gary helped me out alot. He did alot for the group. He will be greatly missed. I hope everyone is doing good, and staying busy. Lets get back it at here.

No more stump grinding for this guy. This thing is sick. Can't wait to use it on something a bit bigger.
