Total Lunar "Blood Moon" eclipse 03/14/2025

03/14/2025

Lunar Eclipse Details:

Schedule
1. Partial Eclipse: 1:09 a.m. - 4:48 a.m. (observe the moon gradually entering the Earth's shadow)
2. Total Eclipse (Totality): 2:26 a.m. - 3:32 a.m. (witness the breathtaking moment when the moon is fully immersed in the Earth's shadow, lasting approximately 66 minutes)

What to Expect
During the partial eclipse, you'll see the moon slowly disappearing into the Earth's shadow. As the moon enters totality, it will take on a reddish hue due to the scattering of sunlight through the Earth's atmosphere.

Tips for Viewing
1. Find a comfortable and dark location with minimal light pollution.
2. Bring binoculars or a telescope to enhance your viewing experience.
3. Take photos or videos to capture the moment (but don't forget to enjoy the experience itself!)
