Buffalo Bluster: Reports of wind gusts of 79 MPH in Buffalo today. Would not be surprised if they were even higher south of the city in places like Hamburg and Blasdell. I get out and shoot wind events often along Lake Erie and Lake Ontario—this felt different. Toughest time I’ve ever had staying upright and steady with the cameras. Captured this in Hamburg this morning with the backdrop of the Buffalo skyline.

🇺🇸 June 13 – Flag Day Ceremony
A morning ceremony in our West Plaza in collaboration with the , and Mayor Scanlon, honoring community and patriotism.

🧗‍♂️ June 27 – Over the Edge Charity Rappel and Family Movie Night 🎬
Adrenaline surged as 44 brave participants (including our own Property Manager Amanda!) rappelled over Buffalo’s tallest building to support with . Later that day, families gathered in the auditorium for a free screening of a beloved classic, courtesy of Highmark. Concessions, community, and nostalgic vibes followed with the Buffalo Bison fireworks to close out the week.
