Today I had the pleasure of interviewing Tim Gleason, and honestly, I wish I had cleared my entire day. I could have listened to his stories and conversations for hours.

Tim has been in real estate for nine years, but before that spent 18 years in banking. While banking may have built an impressive career, it was doing a disservice to his personality. Tim is a true people person—someone who thrives on connection, conversation, and building relationships. When he was ready for a change, real estate became the perfect fit.

Beyond his career, Tim is a proud father of three active children who keep him busy with baseball, softball, and cheerleading. He loves traveling, especially to Florida and South Carolina, enjoys hitting the golf course whenever he can, and carries a title that may be his favorite of all—Papa Timmy. As a proud grandfather, family remains at the center of everything he does.

From the moment we sat down, we clicked immediately. Tim is absolutely hilarious, full of personality, and the kind of person who can make anyone feel comfortable within minutes. It was an absolute pleasure getting to know him, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to share a little of his story.

Today I had the pleasure of interviewing the incredible Danita Looney, and what an inspiring conversation it was!

In just two short years in real estate, Danita has built an impressive level of success that many spend years striving to achieve. Before entering the industry, she worked in auto return claims and management. Her journey into real estate began while searching for a property for herself, which led her to become a transaction coordinator for a real estate company. It didn’t take long for her to discover her passion for the business and make the leap to becoming an agent.

Danita is intelligent, driven, and wise beyond her years. She is not only a top-performing real estate professional, but also a dedicated mother of two beautiful children, a landlord, and currently pursuing a nursing degree. Her ability to excel in multiple areas of life while maintaining such a positive and focused mindset is truly admirable.

I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Danita and hearing her story. Her determination, work ethic, and commitment to personal and professional growth are inspiring. I have no doubt she will continue accomplishing amazing things both in real estate and beyond.
