🙏 Join us for an evening of sound & silence with a fully supported listening meditation in the candle-lit chapel of Buffalo’s oldest church.
Just show up as you are and settle into a cozy mattress set with blankets, pillows & a blindfold. Come solo or book a double for you and a friend.

We will rest carried by the etherial sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, gongs & other vibratory instruments.

Participants will have the optional opportunity to experience the metal bowls on the body.

From Root to Crown is a 7-week ecstatic dance, meditation and sound experience designed to support you in shaking free of some of the physical and emotional tensions of life.
Each gathering explores a specific energy center through meditation, ritual, movement & sound.
Each week includes:
60-90 minute Ecstatic dance flow
Sound Journey or live drumming
Guided meditation or ceremonial practice
A welcoming, grounded community container
Cacao or crafted teas available for sale
