Nature Day is coming up in just 2 short weeks! We have a great day of education, connection, and fun planned for the community!

JOIN US:

Workshops:
-Nature Walk with Kay Hammer of The Kismet Corporation
-Forest Bathing in the pine forest
-Seed paper making (Bring those non-glossy paper scraps to turn waste into growable paper!)
-Ancestor Altar- Feel free to bring items to place on the altar to honor your ancestors.
-Norse Land Blot- After our land acknowledgment, we will honor the land.
-Lakshmi Ritual- Honor the Goddess of wealth and fortune.
-Walk labyrinths
-Make a Nature Journal and paint rocks with Crafty Witch!

There will be organizations with information:
-Buffalo Bat Habitat -Learn all about bats and how you can help them.
-Erie County Recycling- Find out about recycling and how you can reduce, reuse, and recycle in our community.
-The Kismet Corporation -Natural botanicals and plants
-Primeval Forest- Get your native plants here! Have questions? They can help!
-WNY Pollinator Project- All about pollinators and how you can help them!

You won't want to miss "The Broven" as they cook up some fun! They will even be having a parade!

POTLUCK! Please bring a dish to share. (Be mindful of the heat and try to plan accordingly.)

The SWAP table will be up and available to swap magical items, as well as plants!

This event is FREE, and ALL are welcome!

Collecting DONATIONS for FeedMore WNY! Bring non-perishable food items to donate, or use a QR code to donate cash.

Our Annual Plant Swap is THIS Saturday! 🪴🌿

Bring your extra vegetable plants, flower seedlings, plant divisions, and seeds in disposable/reusable containers (please label each with the name of the plant, light requirements, and growing conditions) and leave with new plant varieties in exchange!

We'll also gladly take any donations of pots, empty hanging baskets, and small gardening supplies!

Plants and seedlings can be dropped off early any time the library is open from Wednesday, June 10th until Friday, June 12th or you can bring them on the day of the swap.

All contributors & attendees can enter the raffle for a $25 gift card to a local greenhouse!

No registration required. Rain or shine!
