A short biography of one of our new anti-racism trainers/consultants at Transformative Solutions.
This is Jalonda Hill a.k.a Justice Hill. Justice is a community organizer, grad student, and founder of the hugely successful and popular organization Colored Girls Bike Too (Public). Justice is also a policy fellow at the Partnership for the Public Good, a board member of the City of Buffalo Bicycle and Pedestrian Board, and is a Project Facilitation Lead for Code of America.
She has so generously made herself available to the pupils of our anti-racism 101 sessions so please welcome her with the utmost respect and reverence. Here is a short biography from Jalonda:
“Since the age of 10, I have served a greater purpose beyond myself!
I advance racial equity and justice in all I do, by striving to decolonize all spaces, rebuilding our communities, and creating safe spaces for Black, Brown and Indigenous folks to heal, liberate, and to move freely, fearlessly, and fairly in our public spaces.”

Black- led struggles lift all boats. Reparations for Black people will be a huge step in itself and will lead to a heightened struggle to redistribute wealth from the federal government (which spends most of its money on war and cops) and from corporations to all the people.”
