I don’t post much on here as life has been very crazy and we are staying busy working on some big improvements here!

If you haven’t ever considered body work for your horse it’s time to consider. Mabey you think it’s not helpful or a waste of money, but it truly isn’t. (If you have the right body worker)
Your horse is expected to carry you, plus a saddle and move in ways you ask them to that may or may not come naturally. This will therefore cause soreness in the muscles. As any form if excersize does.

If you go to the gym or get sore even doing your daily job you may want some help sometimes mabey a massage or chiropractor, somthing to help. Think about how your equine feels.

Before you start beating on your horse or getting angry at an issues they have come up with please have them looked at, they cannot speak to us and the last resort is to tell us in a way they think is needed that they are hurting because they feel you aren’t listening to them. That being said sometimes it is rider error or struggling with clear communication and for that seeking a trainers help is always a wonderful option!

I’m conclusion please consider having your horse looked at, body work is important, your horse can’t speak so be their voice❤️
