We had such a delightful time at our anniversary party last weekend, and it wouldn’t have been nearly as wonderful without those who helped make it happen!

Alexis Brown | Buffalo Fine Artist, Painter, Thrifted Treasures not only made the ✨perfect✨ sign (on like two days notice) but she also painted en plein air in front of the shop all morning. It was such a special addition to the day! You all loved it so much! Alexis has paintings for sale at the shop- come check them out!

And Molly Brown made the most beautiful cookies that tasted just as good as they looked! She’s SO talented - be sure to reach out if you ever need cookies!

The day was great and we couldn’t have done it without them (or I guess we could have but it woulda been kinda 😐)

Another stunning piece of vintage artwork, this one by Marjorie Bishop, an artist who was based in Manhattan for a time. She met Einstein. She remembered the Titanic sinking when she was 16. And in a profile in the New York Times for her 100th birthday in 1996, credited always wearing a hat in the sun, drinking a bourbon everyday at cocktail hour, accepting life as it comes, not dwelling and always looking forward to how she lived to be 100 with dignity.
