Good morning Buffalo.. I hope you’re using the next 6 straight days of rain to get your s**t together and not just stealing our only warm temperatures for your own sake.
It’s always, “you’re not eating enough fiber” and never “too much fiber (or normal amount in my case) can put you on your ass.” I ate some pickles and honestly feel a little better.

Our first fish fry of the season had to be a north towns staple at Hideaway Grill in North Tonawanda. It’s $20, which is kind of expensive (but that seems to be the standard price now 😭), but it’s consistently good AND they have tuna mac that is my favorite. Where should I go next? I have a preference for places that do fish tacos and/or have elite sides.
