HOPE Buffalo
We aim to improve adolescent wellbeing and reduce teen pregnancy and STI rates for youth in Buffalo.
We value Health, Opportunity, Prevention and Education and believe that teens have the right to grow into the adults they want to be—whatever that means for them. We respect their right to make their own decisions and set their own goals about their health and future. And we will support them with an open door, an open ear, an open mind, and an open heart.

Join us on March 26 for our next CAT Meeting!
We will focus on the role caring adults play in supporting youth well being. Youth participants are encouraged to invite a parent, caregiver, or trusted adult to join them for an interactive session centered on mindfulness, connection, and what it means to be an “ask-able adult.” Together, we’ll explore simple ways families and communities can support young people’s mental health and resilience.

In honor of National Giving Month, we want to show our gratitude to you all, our community. 💙
To do this, we will do our best to share resources that aren't all sexual health related, because we know that positive youth development relies on more than just sexual health. So stay tuned this month to get resources, updates, and winter survival inspiration!
And if you celebrate or observe any holidays this month, we wish you a happy and restful holiday!
