EXPERIENCED CONCRETE WORKERS WANTED TO START IMMEDIATELY!

MUST HAVES:
-Experience in concrete
-Ability to tie steel
-Ability to build forms
-Ability to pour and finish concrete to specs

PREFERRED:
-Ability to read plans
-Ability to operate machinery (Skidsteer, mini-ex)
-OSHA certified
-Bilingual

Pays hourly. Rate based on experience.

Thompson Concrete is looking for a superintendent with at least 5+ years of commercial concrete experience. This individual will work onsite to manage day-to-day ex*****on and management of all field personnel. This position will need to work closely with office staff to manage projects from start to finish.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in commercial concrete
Valid driver’s license
English speaker - bilingual is a plus
Concrete certifications are a plus

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with scheduling for project
Run crews of 4-8 individuals
Manage day-to-day ex*****on onsite
Deliver weekly safety meetings
Communicate all change order needs
Facilitate onsite communications with project manager
Complete closeout and punch-list items
Pick up supplies and equipment as necessary to facilitate job progress

COMPENSATION:
Salary negotiable based on experience
