I forgot to remind everyone, we will provide a snack. Don't forget the water bottle, and it is a no-go camp.
Close match, almost got a nice knee bar.
So I caught the Covid, I am Vax'd which is why my symptoms have stayed pretty mild. Kinda like the beginnings of a flu feeling for 3 days. Maybe I don't need a booster now that I have my vaccine and caught covid? lol. I hope everyone seeing this stays safe and if you have not to get vaccinated. We can all find "news" articles to fit our perspective, but look at the real results all around us and the number of people going to the Hospital that are not Vax'd.
I'll be off the mats for the next 10 or so days, probably won't compete at tap-out cancer but I should be able to be there to coach.

No noon class.tommorrow guys and gals, I'm sorry have to meet a contractor at my house between 12-3, I'm sure it won't be until 3 unless we have class then it will be at noon. Lol. All other classes will go on at normal times.
