Today we say goodbye to our amazing Operations Specialist, Charisa. After 4 years with Maintenance & Operations and 12 years dedicated to our school district, she is moving on to a new adventure.

Charisa, thank you for everything you’ve done for M&O. Your hard work, dedication, positive attitude, and that voice we could hear from a mile away will definitely be missed around here!

While we’re sad to see you go, we’re excited for this next chapter in your journey. We wish you nothing but success, happiness, and new opportunities ahead.

Just remember, you’ll always be part of the M&O family, and our door is always open if you ever want to come back.

Yesterday was all about training, teamwork, and a little friendly competition with our Hays CISD Maintenance & Operations team! We spent the day learning, bonding, and having some fun with tug-of-war and co****le.

Huge appreciation to all of our trades and every single person on this team for the hard work they put in day in and day out to keep our schools running smoothly. A lot happens behind the scenes that people never see, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Proud to be part of such a hardworking group!
