Are you prepared for end stages of life? How do you want to be remembered? In this month's conversation, we'll talk about your end of life wishes and important things you need to have in place.

Join us on June 11 at 10:00 am to openly discuss your thoughts and feelings about death and dying, caring for a loved one who is nearing the end stages of life, thoughts on our own mortality, or anyone who has recently passed.

Join Buda Public Library in welcoming back Magician Cody Fisher for a free family-friendly magic show! This is a very popular show and is offered at two time-slots at 1:30 and 3:00pm. These are two identical shows so pick the time that works for you.

No registration is required but space is limited to the capacity of the room. Overflow parking is available at Stagecoach Park.

It's no secret that Buda loves storytime and we offer seven storytimes a week including Toddler Time, Preschool Storytime, Bilingual Storytime, Family Storytime, and Baby Lapsit!

While no registration is required for storytimes, space is limited so make sure to pick up your storytime ticket at the front desk. Tickets are available 30 minutes before storytime is scheduled to begin at the library front desk and are required to enter storytime.

Buda Public Library is partnering with Kids in Cars for a brief booster seat safety education session followed by booster seat distribution for eligible families. This program is designed to help caregivers understand when and how to properly transition their child to a booster seat, ensuring safe vehicle travel.

The education portion will take approximately 15 minutes, and staff will be available to answer questions and assist with proper use. Booster seats will be provided to registered participants after the education component.

Eligibility Requirements:
🟡For Children 4 years or older, 40+ pounds, and 44+ inches tall
🟡Must receive education to qualify for car seat. Presentation begins promptly at 10:30 am so plan to arrive early

The library will host several volunteer orientations leading up to summer summer. Plan to attend one of these orientations.

We will pause orientations and not accept new volunteers after June 1.
