Big Announcement! We’re partnering with .food.co to bring back Grab and Go Meals starting on July 22! We’ll have a launch party on the 25th from 6-8pm to meet the creators and sample the food!

Chef Chris began cooking for his friends while still in elementary school, making curry eggs in the middle of the night during sleepovers. As he grew up, so did his passion for cooking. He has over 26 years of experience in the culinary industry, including the Eden Roc in Miami and more recently Buenos Aires Cafe in Austin. Chef Chris believes that food should be nutritious, delicious, and memorable. He enjoys experimenting with various fusions, utilizing fresh, local ingredients, and incorporating the rich flavors of his Peruvian-Puerto Rican background into his dishes at Spirited Food Co.

Aline and Chef Chris have been life partners for over twenty years and business partners since December of 2023. They co-own Spirited Food Co. together and live in Buda with their kiddo (who is a self-proclaimed chef-in-the-making) and their two dogs. Their commissary kitchen is located in Austin and serves a diverse client base throughout the greater Austin area.
