Pageant Associates

Pageant Associates is a dba of Sanders & Associates, Inc., whose President is Randy Sanders.

Randy has been involved in pageantry production and emceeing shows nationwide for decades. From 1987 to 1996, he served as the Production Director and State Pageant Titleholder Manager for the company that oversaw the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA state pageants in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

He formed Sanders & Associates, Inc., dba Pageant Associates, in 1996 and established his own style of producing pageants, joined by some of the best in the pageant business. He served as a State Director with the Miss Universe Organization from 1996 through 2023. During those years, and at various times, he produced the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA state preliminaries in Connecticut, Indiana, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, and West Virginia.
