The labor intensive part of art 🎨 My less favorite part of being an artist is shipping large paintings BUT I still love it and I’m SO grateful for everyone who supports me! You have no idea how much just subscribing to an artist’s YouTube channel, referring a friend, liking a post, or buying a sticker/small print helps support them. There are so many talented artists in the world and after years of doing this I’m always still surprised when someone chooses MY art. I will never take that feeling for granted. This week I have shipped artwork to Canada, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Texas, California and Colorado. I’ll call my husband up from the studio and tell him, “someone just bought that big landscape I just finished…from a state that starts with an I” because I always confuse all the state codes. I always think about how crazy it is that a person got online, browsed my art and decided to click BUY. Thank you 😭❤️
