Cross section of locs..... basically two strand twists are 2 coils put together
Locs started with coils or 2 strands tend to be fluffier...
It's mainly because the loc is hollow inside.
Interlocks are basically layering the middle.
These locs tend to be firmer and straighter
The reason I don't like micro locs started with two strands is....the new growth is interlocked and therefore skinnier and firmer... andt will be fat on the ends.
The new growth will be firm and straight bc it's interlocked
The ends fluffy bc they're twisted
