Today Melissa and I celebrate our ninth anniversary in our little bookshop. Here we are reminiscing about the thousands of books and happy customers that have come through our door. We are very fortunate to live such a rewarding life.

We have no idea how a big magazine like Texas Highways found our little bookshop, but they did. In their October issue they mention us as well as four other local businesses here in Bryan, Texas. Thank you, Texas Highways, we really appreciate your support.

Dear Friends,
In mid November Ed’s Bookshop celebrated 5 years of bookselling in downtown Bryan, Texas. We are definitely an ‘old school’ outfit--we do not sell online, nor mail order and for the most part do not advertise. We simply scout out nice books, research them, pencil in our price, and let the books sell themselves. About three and a half years ago I started mapping out where our books went, in an attempt to understand what a little 450 square foot store could do. The attached map shows where our books have gone. Melissa and I thank all these book people for coming through our store and taking home one of our treasures and we look forward to another 5 years in this exciting trade.
