It's a community-centered program that focuses on building relationships, as well as endurance…engaging muscles as well as hearts. In this hour-long fitness class, participants will find easy-to-learn movements designed for beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike, exhilarating music, and a family-friendly environment.

7 years ago today I became a REFIT®️ instructor!!! So thankful for this community and the friends that I’ve made because of it! Can’t wait to finally start REV+FLOW classes in 2021!!!👊
