PART-TIME STALL CLEANER
Fiddler's Green Horse Facility

Fiddler's Green is seeking a dependable part-time Stall Cleaner to help maintain a clean and safe environment for our horses.
Position Details:
• $1,000 per month
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• 5 days per week
• About 3 hours per day
• Flexible schedule
Responsibilities:
• Clean stalls and paddocks
• Refill water buckets and troughs as needed
• Sweep barn aisles and common areas
• Assist with basic barn chores
• Report any concerns regarding horse health or facility safety
Requirements:
• Must be comfortable around horses
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to lift feed bags, move wheelbarrows, and perform physical outdoor work
• Previous horse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate

BARN & FACILITY MANAGER
Bryan, Texas
Fiddler's Green is seeking a full-time live-in Barn & Facility Manager for our growing horse training and boarding facility. This position is ideal for an experienced horse person looking for a long-term home, stable income, housing, and opportunities to grow their own horse business.
Compensation Includes:
• $2,000 per month salary
• Private 2-bedroom apartment with utilities included
• Stall board for one horse (additional horse possible with pasture board arrangement)
• Pet-friendly housing
• Additional income opportunities through lessons, training horses, clinics, and outside clients
About the Facility:
• 13-stall barn
• Approximately 25 horses
• Riding arenas and round pen
• Active training, lesson, and boarding program
• Existing support staff including weekend feeders, evening feeder, and part-time stall cleaner
Primary Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily horse care and feeding program
• Manage horse care schedules and health records
• Coordinate farrier, veterinary, and routine care appointments
• Supervise working students and barn employees
• Monitor horse health and communicate concerns promptly
• Assist with facility maintenance, fencing, equipment, and grounds upkeep
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for boarders and clients
Qualifications:
• Significant hands-on horse experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily operations
• Experience with horse training, lessons, or boarding operations preferred
• Experience driving a truck and trailer and operating a tractor is preferred, but willingness to learn is acceptable
• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to excellent horse care
Additional Opportunities:
This position offers substantial opportunity for additional income. The manager may teach lessons, bring in outside training horses, and develop their own equine business within the facility. If asked to take on training horses for the facility, the manager receives the training fees.
This is not simply a barn hand position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in horse care, enjoys working with people, and wants to help build a positive equestrian community.

Stalls and Pasture space available now.
We would for you to come out and see the improvements we have made.
We now have cavles available for boarders to use as well as a sled and other training tools.
Every Tuesday night. Just show up. You can see if we are a good fit and get more information about our lesson program.

This summer you can apply for our work/ride program. Exchange work for ride time. You must be able to work at least 8 hours a week. (Min 4 hour block). You will be able to ride on the days you work with one lesson a week.
Requirements:
Available on a consistent schedule at least 2 days a week.
Able to work in the heat
No ride or horse experience needed
Can work early mornings starting at 7 am.
Can work independently and follow directions
Capable of picking up a 50lb feed sack and empty a full wheelbarrow by yourself.
This is for hard working kids who have always wanted to get into horses or gain experience in the industry. Work with include normal barn chores but will also include fence work and other maintenance projects. Your ride time will be out side of work time.
