Creating sacred space for global mission workers through debriefing, mentor coaching, team assessments, on-field visits & retreats
05/09/2026
There’s something powerful about showing up for those pouring out daily on the field. Our heart is to support missionaries on the field and one way we do that is by in-person visits.
Sid has the opportunity to do just that in Southeast Asia this June—encouraging and caring for missionary families.
If you feel led to be part of sending him, we’d be so grateful. 🤍

Our Rest + Refuel Retreats strengthen missionary communities by creating sacred space for missionaries to come together—sharing their struggles and victories, praying side by side, and encouraging and supporting one another in lasting, life-giving ways.

As we continue caring for mission workers through debriefing, coaching, team health, and in-person visits that bring restoration and hope.
The need is growing—and we can’t do it alone. We’re praying for 10–12 new monthly partners as well as one-time gifts to cover two retreats and several in-country visits over the next year that will pour life into those serving on the field.
Would you pray with us? And if you feel led, would you consider partnering with us financially to make this possible? 💛

Who is caring for those that are called to carry the Good News to the nations?
Through Grafted Together, we walk alongside missionaries—offering soul care, coaching, debriefing, retreats, and on-the-ground support so they can keep going, whole and healthy, in order to continue their calling.
If you’re feeling hurt, unseen, or worn down, please don’t wait. You don’t have to do this alone. Learn more or contact us at: linksintlusa.org/graftedtogether

To every heart that’s been sent out: you are never alone. 🌍💌✨
God goes before you, walks beside you, and hems you in with unshakable love. Even on the hardest days, He will steady your soul and remind you why you’re here.
“The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:8
Let this be a gentle reminder today: you are seen, loved, and never forgotten. 💛

REST: spiritual, physical, and mental rest invites us to slow our pace, and make space for life-giving things so that we are filled with life-giving water to pour into the people God places in front of us
REFUEL: to be supplied with more fuel, filled up, recharged
Missionary life is full of sacrifice and it can be deeply draining. Rest & Refuel Retreats are designed to provide mission workers with space to breathe, process, and reconnect with God and others. These retreats prioritize mental, emotional, and spiritual health through a comfortable, quiet, and distraction-free setting.
Our 2026 retreats will take place in Uganda. To make these retreats easily accessible we take the retreat to the missionaries + we remove the financial burden by raising funds to cover the expense of the retreats. Will you join us in praying for the logistics and planning for our 2026 retreats & consider making a donation?

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another...” - Hebrews 10:24-25
Consistent contact via Zoom, in-person workshops and debriefing during home assignments will transform relationships within families, teams, and communities, and allow holistic and sustainable mission activity. Get in touch with our team if you need anything!

We’ve curated a list of children’s books recommended for ages 3–13. These books touch on themes relevant to missionary kids (MKs)—such as living cross-culturally, moving, and the grief and adjustment that often come with those transitions. We hope these resources help encourage your kids, and at the same time, helps them learn they are not alone! Do you have a favorite book you love to read to your little missionary?

Visiting missionaries is vital—it’s a chance to encourage them face-to-face, strengthen trust, and grow deeper relationships. It also helps care teams see what life is actually like for them, so they can offer better support and make sure the missionaries don’t feel alone. These visits help prevent burnout, create space for honest conversations, and keep everyone connected to the mission’s bigger purpose.
We are committed to visiting, debriefing, counseling, and caring for missionaries as much as we can. If you or someone you know needs care, please reach out to our team at: linksintlusa.org/graftedtogether
