The Gessner team took some time at the end of 2023 to chart the path to success in 2024. Each department collaborated to set specific goals for this year, and with these goals emerged action steps to ensure that they are met. We look forward to seeing the results of our goal-setting as the year progresses!

Gessner Engineering embraced the spirit of giving with a unique approach this season! In our 12 Days of Gessner Giveaways, employees who had their names drawn were treated with a gift of their choice as a thank-you for their dedication and hard work throughout the year.

The Gessner Engineering offices will be closed Monday, December 25th through Monday, January 1st and will re-open Tuesday, January 2nd. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Through "Gessner Gives," our team members are encouraged to give back to their communities in ways that are meaningful to them as individuals.

This month, our San Antonio team volunteered their time to support the San Antonio Food Bank's mission to fight hunger in Southwest Texas. Additionally, Bryan team member, Brenda Bell, spent time as Santa's Elf for Scotty's House, a Brazos Valley organization dedicated to justice for children.

At Gessner Engineering we exist to "Live our Best Life." While "best life" has a different definition for each individual, collectively we believe that our professional success as a firm contributes to our personnel well-being outside of work. With 2024 steadily approaching, Gessner team members share their memories made and goals achieved over this past year.
