Season's Greetings from our family to yours. We wish you a safe and joyous Holiday season. Our office will be closed from December 24, 2025, through December 26, 2025, and will resume regular business hours on December 29, 2025.

Annually, Constable Carter and his deputies sponsor a child who would otherwise go without a gift during Christmas. Brazos County Constable Pct. 4 looks forward each year to the opportunity to help make Christmas brighter for a child.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to HEB #644 for the delicious Christmas cake.

All Brazos County offices will be closed November 27 & 28, 2025 and resume regular business hours on Monday, December 1, 2025.

Whether it’s patrol, school safety, or supporting our judicial system, our deputies stand ready to serve with dedication and integrity, every shift, every day.

Congratulations Brazos County Constable Pct. 4, FTO Coordinator, John Pineda on your outstanding achievement of completing the week long “Active Shooter, Level 1 Train The Trainer” training from October 13th thru October 17th which was no easy task; it should be noted, this certification will enable you to train current & future deputies in the most critical aspects of law enforcement!

Furthermore, this achievement highlights your commitment to professional development & specialized skills to better serve & protect our community, your dedication & drive to be the best at what you do has made you stand out among your peers, your future is extremely bright, well done!

National Night Out 2025 is now in the books. We had a great night at all the block parties we attended. Thank you all for the hospitality and great food. We are proud to protect and serve this community. 

☕️ Coffee with a Cop at 7 Brew ☕️ This past week, Deputy Smith attended 7 Brew’s Coffee with a Cop event, where she gained insight into the establishment's high volume of activity.

Brazos County Crime Stoppers is seeking information on the whereabouts of Donta Waddell, a 37-year-old male with known ties to College Station.

Waddell currently has two active warrants for his arrest:

Injury to a Child/Elderly with Intent to Cause Bodily Injury

Possession of Ma*****na (Less Than Two Ounces)
