😍😍 Love how these turned out!! I also love making friends with my clients 🥹🩵 I already can’t wait to see her for her color refresh in 12-24 months 😭

Obsessed with this touch up! Her brows before we’re faced out and slightly uneven. We added some depth to refresh the color and corrected the shape 🩵

The process:
1. Consultation (find out the client’s goals)
2. Initial microblading session (builds a base)
3. 2nd Consultation at follow up appointment. When? 6-8 weeks healed (check how the pigment held, assess next steps)
4. Touch up (tweak and make adjustments for the finished results based on how they healed from the first appointment!)
5. That’s it! Your brows should be good to go until you’re ready for a color refresh in about 12-24 months

My goal during consultations is to make sure the expectations are manageable with my clients, especially those with previous work. I warned her that the brows would be more red tinted after the first session so we could build on it. The orangey/red pigment creates a base for the darker color later to avoid grey brows (color theory!). We can always add on + add depth, but we can’t go in reverse. I always start light and go darker later if necessary. That’s another reason you’ll have an initial session and then a touch up! We watch an see how your skin heals and then go from there 🤩 sometimes the skin accepts the pigment in certain areas but not others, this could be due to side sleeping, sweating, picking, scarring, or simply different skin texture (it changes throughout your whole face!) all these factors play into your results and how your skin heals.

I also want to make sure my clients with previous work understand that I cannot change the shape that already exists, I can only add on. I intentionally avoided going over the tails for this client because they were not the correct length for her face. Over time they should fade and be less noticeable, so I don’t want ever to add on to what’s already mis-shaped 🤍

Life update!

Happy new year everyone!! I’m excited to announce that I am relocating to Los Lunas, NM in a couple of weeks!

I’m so grateful for my loyal clients I’ve had during our time in Bryan-College Station TX while my husband got his bachelors degree.

We’re so excited to begin this new chapter 🤍

I am not currently accepting new clients, but to my past clients - if you’re interested in a mini-vacation, you can come see me in New Mexico when you’re ready for a color refresh!!

This is for any of my previous clients with microblading work done by me! If you would like a color boost or it’s time for your yearly touch up (recommended between 12-18 months) DM me so we can get you booked before I move! My calendar is filling up quickly. My remaining availability are weekday appointments for a 7pm-9:30pm time slot. I feel like my posts are being deleted… or maybe I just keep forgetting to post. We just booked her yearly color boost, but this was her touch up from February! She had previous work done which faded red, so I went over it with new pigment and we masked the unwanted color. Some artists use pigments that fade out red, yellow, or even purple. My pigments fade grey, so even when you haven’t had a touch up in while, they aren’t an obviously off color! Thank you 😉

Unfortunately I will be moving to a new city (currently TBD - but likely San Antonio or Austin) from December 2024 - August 2025 for my husband to do an internship for his degree program. HOWEVER we will be RETURNING next fall from August 2025-December 2025! Then my husband will graduate 🧑‍🎓🎉 and we will move away from College Station for good next December.

I am STILL ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS for WAX/TINT/LAMINATIONS, but will no longer be accepting new microblading clients after 10/19/2024 to meet the timeline required for a 6-week touch up. Although a touch up is not required, it is HIGHLY recommended. New clients do have the option to book an initial appointment with me, but travel to me in a different city would be required for a touch up or you may choose to book with a different artist in the area.
