This week’s special is Fried Catfish over White Rice, topped with Crawfish Étouffée — because regular dinner just wasn’t being Cajun enough.
Served with locally grown sautéed yellow squash and a toasted baguette for maximum sauce-scooping responsibilities.
It’s crispy, saucy, Southern, and slightly too confident… exactly how a good special should be.
