Nestled in the vibrant heart of Brunswick, Reynolds Cottages is more than just a place to live – it’s a thriving community committed to inclusivity and diversity.
🌺 HIBISCUS MODEL 🌺
We’re so excited to show you a closer look at our Hibiscus models at Reynolds Cottages! 🏡
These two-story, 1-bedroom, 1-bath homes are officially framed up, windows are in, and the views are looking beautiful! 🌳✨ Each home overlooks the green spaces and mature live oaks that make Reynolds Cottages such a special place to call home.
The two Hibiscus units are adjoined, but thoughtful construction details—including soundproofing and fire protection between the homes—are designed to provide comfort, privacy, and peace of mind.
We can’t wait to keep taking you along as these homes come to life! 🌺
Follow along this Friday as we share some exciting updates on the progress at Reynolds Cottages! 🏡

🏡 Thank you to The Brunswick News for the recent feature on the progress at Reynolds Cottages!
As highlighted in the article:
“Rather than building a large apartment complex, Reynolds Cottages features thoughtfully designed cottages in a walkable neighborhood that complement the character of Brunswick’s historic New Town community,” Lance Sabbe said. “It is also the first neighborhood on the Georgia coast to be built using the FORTIFIED Gold construction standard, providing homeowners with greater resilience to hurricanes and severe weather while helping reduce long-term insurance costs.”
Construction moving on Reynolds Cottages development Construction is moving along on a housing complex in the New Town neighborhood called Reynold Cottages, the completion of which is expected by the end of the year.
