Thinking about investing in a gym membership, but still feeling a little unsure?
That’s OK — I'm here to help!
There are several things to consider when it comes to making such a decision. I'm talking about your health — and wallet — after all ;)
So here’s a list of pros and cons to help you out!
Pros of having a gym membership:
You get access to high-quality equipment that you wouldn’t otherwise get to use.
You can work with a trainer to maximize your gym time and build your strength.
Going to the gym can help you establish — and stick to — a routine.
It gives you the time and space you need to work on your fitness goals.
It’s not dependent on weather conditions, so you can work out whenever you please.
Cons of having a gym membership:
You have to pay for it — and depending on the gym, it can get costly!
You have to make the commute — and if you don’t have a form of transportation, you may not meet your fitness goals as quickly as you’d like.
Plenty of other people like going to the gym — so it can get a little crowded!
