If you have suffered any trauma or heartbreak trust has been broken. In my case it has taken many years to begin to trust another person again. I did not want my trauma to define me or take away the beautiful feeling of trusting others.
So be gentle with yourself, love yourself completely without judgement, shame, guilt, or hopelessness.
Trust is possible and I believe it is necessary for living fully alive and free,

Regrets about the past, and worries about the future rob us of the meaning, laughter, success, and happiness that is available to us in the now.💛
