Congratulations to my Sellers, all 10 of them! Yes, 10!
This home held the memories of raising 6 boys and all the history that comes with that. It is unfortunate when the loss of a parent is what brings me together with people. But when it was time for this home to house new memories I got the call. First from a past client, he said his family needed help, and I was ready to do that.
It has been a situation for the record books to say the least. We had a tricky market area, so the ability to pivot and read what that market was telling us was paramount. We had a contract that fell through, which prompted a shift. We found the sweet spot and went under contract again shortly after.
Navigating this transaction was no small feat. We had landed ourselves in a timeline that included the holidays, which delayed contractor bids required by the lender. While technically not my 'job' to find contractors for a buyer that has representation, I did. Because that serves my clients well. A lender that ghosted our buyer. A new lender that required different items, all the way to the end.
I will not lie and say it wasn't a lot. It was, but with hard work, communication, commitment, patience, and great partners like Denise R. Scolaro-Klag Cleveland Home Title, we crossed the finish line!

We had some bumps in the road, wonky paperwork from the last transfer, a barely responsive bank, among other things that we had to work through just to get it on market. But we got it done together with the help of a great Title Co.
It was such an honor to help my girl move on to the next chapter of life. On to better things!!
