So, what's so great about The Golden Isles, and living in Southeast Georgia? Everything except the storms! Hang in there everyone. It's coming again overnight!!

Well, Milton is headed this way. Projected landfall on Wednesday near Tampa and heading east. Let's hope and pray that no more destruction happens since we are all still trying to recover from Helene!

Actually had someone call today and say they only have a 3 day due diligence time period, and need an inspection tomorrow. I told them my Canoe was in the shop, and could not make it.

Dang... just scheduled 5 inspections next week for an investor!
