I’m going to get on my soapbox for a minute. Keep scrolling if you dont care to read

Here we are at an invite-only event and competing against some of the best teams in the region. Many of these rosters are built with players from multiple states, and there are college coaches lining the fences every day.
Yet here we are, competing at a high level with nothing but Louisiana kids. As well as our 15u with 2 teams competing at a high level in Melissa Texas this week as well

I say that for one reason: Louisiana baseball is really, really good.

Parents, there is absolutely no need to spend outrageous amounts of money chasing a "national team" label. Great players are developed right here in our state every year. If 95% of our players ultimately want to play college baseball in Louisiana anyway, why not develop and compete with a program that understands Louisiana baseball and is invested in your son?

Too many kids become just another number on a massive roster. Find a program where your son matters. Find a program that knows his name, cares about his development, and invests in him as a player and a person.

There is nothing wrong with playing for a national organization if it is the right fit. But don't ever let anyone convince you that you have to leave Louisiana to be seen, developed, or recruited.

Louisiana baseball can stand with anyone in the country. This weekend is just another reminder of that.

But let me be clear also. We may not be a fit for everyone but there are a few more really good organizations in our state who can do the same for your child.
