Sometimes we have long hose runs....no biggie because our truck mounted machine is HUGE!

If you have an automated "Robot Vacuum" and are seeing tracks or grooves in your carpet, especially around the edges, be aware these types of vacuums can damage carpet. Similar to a well traveled hiking trail, the constant traffic from the vacuum in repeatedly traveled areas can wear grooves in the carpet fiber and cause "tracks." These tracks are generally heavier around the edges of rooms and are more prevalent on carpet with longer fiber/nap. We are seeing this damage more often. Sometimes these tracks can be steamed out but with repeated use of automated vacuums it can cause permanent damage.

Pets can cause problems in regards to carpet. These problems can cause bigger issues if they are not addressed quickly. This home was hitting the market and needed attention before it was listed. It took a bit, but we were able to get it cleaned and smelling fresh

A rare but necessary Sunday night appointment kept us busy this past weekend. We try to accommodate our client's schedules when possible. This was a senior living facility and for safety reasons they wanted to have the carpets cleaned when everyone was tucked in bed to avoid slips, trips and falls. We obliged 😀

We headed up to the mountains to clean 5 homes in the same neighborhood. This was out of our service area but they arranged all services on the same day so we packed up and headed off to provide them with great service!
