A few takeaways from the HRO Today Data Analytics & AI Summit this week 👇

After a few days of conversations with HR, operations, and analytics leaders, one thing became very clear:

AI in HR is no longer a future conversation. Teams are actively figuring out how to make it practical, approachable, and operational right now.

Some of the themes we heard again and again:

→ Leaders want AI solutions that feel actionable, not overwhelming
→ Workforce data is only valuable if it helps tell a story and drive decisions
→ Teams are focused on turning data into insights that help predict and plan for the future
→ HR and operations are becoming more connected than ever
→ Automation only matters if it actually saves teams time and improves the employee experience

One of our favorite parts of the event was hearing how organizations are balancing efficiency with human connection. There’s a real shift happening toward smarter, more responsive workforce operations, and it’s exciting to see where the industry is headed.
