Pups & Pints is a DOG crawl held in Brooklyn, NY to help raise funds for local animal shelters. Pups & Pints is a bi-annual bar crawl held in Brooklyn, NY.
Started in the spring of 2015 and originally thought up by avid animal lovers Jessica and Alyssa, Pups & Pints is held in the spring and fall with proceeds being donated to local animal shelters in the New York City area. Friends since 2013 Jessica and Alyssa both adopted their canine companions from animal shelters in Manhattan that same year. Jessica’s gentleman Popeye was rescued from the Brook
lyn ACC after she saw a post online at www.urgentpetsondeathrow.org. Alyssa’s beauty Bronxie was rescued from the Manhattan ACC after Alyssa had seen a post about her from the same site. Feeling unconditional love for their furry other-halves Jessica and Alyssa wanted to give back and help provide better care and fur-ever homes for animals abandoned in shelters all over the city. Beer enthusiasts themselves, the two ladies created Pups & Pints where their friends and family could gather around for good beer and good times with the animals they love. The first Pups & Pints bar crawl will take place in the spring of 2015 with proceeds benefiting the Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue and Animal Haven in Manhattan. The fall 2015 bar crawl is set to take place in October. For more information check out the Pups & Pints page at https://www.facebook.com/pupsandpintsbrooklyn.
