Home Hi, my Name is Benita Primus.  I began my Health Journey as a twenty-something, after taking an honest look at my family's health history and realizing I needed to be proactive in order to avoid falling into the trap of chronic diseases such as Diabetes, High blood pressure, and Stroke.
