This royal blue is electric, sophisticated and bold. Clean but full of energy. Everything about this session just felt good. My goal was to artfully capture how grounded she looked in her body.

I love when my clients prepare to be seen before stepping in front of the lens. It sets the tone and it shifts the energy. More than a photoshoot, I make space for mothers to feel grounded, soft and beautiful.

A throwback of personal portraits in the studio. My favorite part about us is the way we show up for each other. Literally my number one fan, and I'll never take it for granted.

Backstory you didn’t ask for: My husband was born and raised in the Bronx. I was raised in Brooklyn. We met at a high school in Manhattan that I did not even want to attend. The glue to our marriage is a roast culture that includes trash talk about each others borough. Same as we did then. We've taken it as far as making sure our daughter was born in a neutral borough. Even the petty, I love sharing my life with this man.

First baby. First time in the studio as a family of three. We kept things modern and soft.

I wanted to capture the love and awe that already existed between them, and give them something to remember exactly how this new chapter felt.
