Had a customer reach out for a birthday cake, and she sent me a pic of a plain white 2-tier cake — looked more like a wedding cake 👀 So I gave her a call to make sure we were on the same page.

As we’re talking, she says,
“Oh, I just picked anything to get my order in.”

Whewww... that didn’t sit right with me.
I asked her: “What’s your vision? What’s your theme?”
She said: “Cowgirl.” 🐎💃🏽

From there, I told her, “Let’s both Google some ideas — we’ll come up with something perfect together.” 💡 And this beauty is what we created:
