Flex Dance Program is an arts education nonprofit rooted in the belief that dance can transform lives — especially in difficult circumstances.

In every session, we begin and end with something simple but powerful: a check-in.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how do you feel — and why?

Time after time, we see the shift.
95% of the youth we work with rate themselves higher after dancing with us.
Not because everything in their lives suddenly changes — but because they discover something new inside themselves.
Confidence. Capability. Pride.
So many young people tell us, “I didn’t know I could do that.”

As we close out our Dance Saves 2025 campaign, we invite you to be part of this movement in one of three simple ways:
